– Appetizers: Cheese banitza, lukanka/sudjuk (Bulgarian dried meat), kiopoolu (roasted eggplant salad), roasted zucchini with yogurt sauce, …shopska salad, stuffed grape leaves served with pita bread pieces and roasted red pepper dip
– Main Dish: 3 meat roulade (chicken, pork, lamb) with bulgur-nut stuffing and yogurt
sauce; vegetarian guvech side dish (roasted assorted vegetables, Bulgarian style); brown rice pilaf with mushrooms and herbs, vegetarian option is vegetable rouladine
– Dessert: Fig and chocolate layer cake or mlechna banitza (creme-caramel pita)
