The Festival Director Jana Karaivanova and her team have chosen the best films produced in the past year for the Festival. You will see a selection of the most significant narrative features, documentaries and shorts that Bulgarian filmmakers created in 2012.
PREMIERS:
For the first time, you, the audience of New York, will see three film premiers before the audiences in Bulgaria! “I amYou,” directed by Peter Popzlatev; “July,” directed by Kiril Stankov; and “Sunnyside,” directed by Ilia Kostov; will have their New York premiers. Members of their creative teams will cross the Atlantic to meet with you during the Festival!
