Bulgarian Women Club in New York is proud to announce the First Beauty Pageant organized to bring Bulgarian community together, to prove our strong presence in America and to support Bulgarian culture and beauty. The Miss Bulgarka 2012 intends to provide personal and professional opportunities for young women to promote their voices in the Bulgarian community. Miss Bulgarka 2012 will present a chance for the Bulgarian women to express their viewpoints, talents, accomplishments and to show their radiant and intelligent beauty to the world.

Bulgarian Women Club in New York is excited to welcome you as a participant in Miss Bulgarka 2012 Beauty Pageant. To become Miss Bulgarka 2012, a contestant must first represent her community or to have an active part within Bulgarian Community in the state or town they live in.

To compete you must:

• Be between the ages of 21 and 35.
• Be a Bulgarian citizen or having Bulgarian heritage.
• To have a permanent Address in America.
• Be able to meet Miss Bulgarka requirements.

Requirements:

• To submit: two recent photographs (headshot and full body)
• Short written description of yourself
• To be ready to do a short performance: dancing, singing or playing instrument.
